Whether it be assisting you to be independent in your home, accessing the community, to helping you reach your fitness goals in our very own R'N'R Gym, we are here to support you.
Rock 'N' Rollers have Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays Group socials. Our aim is to get everyone out and about, exploring our local venues without limitations.
Rock 'N' Rollers social groups are a great way to meet people with similar interests and to gain life long friends!
