Rock ‘N’ Rollers is a disability support company based in Shellharbour Village, NSW. We provide participants with the support they need in their everyday life. We encourage our participants to connect with others of a similar age, interests and ability.

We connect Support Staff to Participants, matching on stage of life and shared interests. Our Support Staff work closely with each Participant to help build social skills, create small businesses, and assist in finding sustainable employment.

Our aim is to provide an environment where people who live with a disability can access true to life experiences with support people who are fun and like-minded while strictly adhering to a professional and exceptional work ethic.

1:1 Support
Respite
Personalised support tailored to your NDIS goals, providing dedicated care and guidance every step of the way.
Respite care at our Shellharbour House offers a safe, welcoming stay with specialised staff and flexible activities tailored to each participant’s interests — giving both participants and families a valuable break from everyday routines.
Life Skills
Our life skills programs help participants build confidence and independence through meal preparation, practical daily living skills, engaging courses, and interactive workshops tailored to individual goals.
Events
We support participants to enjoy community events such as concerts, musicals, and sporting matches, helping them stay connected, engaged, and confident in social settings.
Social Groups
We support participants to enjoy social outings like dinners, pool competitions, trivia nights, and movies, encouraging connection, confidence, and meaningful community experiences.
Group PT
We support participants to stay active and healthy through personal training, circuit sessions, sports, and a variety of fun exercises tailored to individual abilities and goals.

Location
Our HQ is perfectly positioned in the heart of Shellharbour Village — nestled along the beautiful coastline and surrounded by local parks, cafés and community spaces.

Our welcoming two-storey HQ features office spaces upstairs, alongside a downstairs kitchenette, accessible bathroom, garage, and dedicated areas for arts, crafts and activities.
​
We also have a spacious and accessible room with a double bed for short or long term respite stay.
Outside, we have a spacious grassed backyard, an undercover deck for shared meals or workouts, and even a relaxing spa to enjoy and unwind.
