Welcome to Rock 'N' Rollers! We're here to provide you with the support you need in your everyday life. Whether it's through personalised 1:1 support, engaging social group activities, or helping you get to your favourite concerts, events, and festivals, we've got it covered!

We partner Support Staff to Participants matched on age and interests. Our Support Staff work closely with each Participant to build skills, create small businesses, and assist in finding jobs. We also offer amazing Holiday Experiences, or Respite facilities for those Participants and Carers who require temporary relief.

1:1 Supports

Rock 'N' Rollers are here to support you in your day to day life.

Whether it be assisting you to be independent in your home, help with capacity building activities, skill development, accessing the community, or assisting you to reach your fitness goals in our very own R'N'R Gym with fully qualified Personal Trainers, we are here to support you.

Social Group Support

Rock 'N' Rollers have Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays Group socials. Our aim is to get everyone out and about, exploring our local venues without limitations.

Rock 'N' Rollers social groups are a great way to meet people with similar interests and to gain life long friends! Along with our social outings, we also do Ladies Circle; Meal Prep on a Monday; and Fitness With Friends on a Friday...all held at our beautiful HQ.

We also host DATE NIGHT - Dating With a Disability is a wonderful way to make new friends and connections.

Ladies Circle

Weekly Mondays here at the RNR HQ where women have a safe space to come together and bond over learning new skills, sharing stories, encouraging wellness, journaling, and forming connections.

From crafting, beading, painting, journalling, cooking, meditation... to experiencing the beautiful outdoors together... there is a skill for all ladies to learn, bring or share within this circle.

Meal Prep Monday

Every Monday we prepare nutritious meals for the week in our fantastic kitchen at HQ. Coming together as a group, we try and keep the ingredients to around 5 and cook and share simple but delicious and nutritious meals together.

Tuesdaze Socials

Let's go to one of our local pubs, grab a feed and play an intense and exciting game of pool, bowling, mini golf or maybe even darts! Connect with the crew and make life long friendships.

All Abilities Pool Comp

Rock 'N' Rollers host their own Pool Comp at the Ocean Beach Hotel. It is on the first Tuesday of the Month and is hugely popular with our participants. Everyone loves catching up and also playing pool with support workers and friends. Prizes are also up for grabs! It's always such a great night out!

Thursdaze Socials

Do you love being in the spotlight singing your heart out on the karaoke stage? Do you like to play Drag Queen Bingo or Trivia ? Maybe even tenpin bowling or a boogie at the disco? Thursday group have you covered!

Friday Fitness

There is so much awesome energy and vibes at our Friday Fitness group. Run by fully qualified Personal Trainers, this group goes for a few hours during the day and includes a full workout in our gym, exercise outdoors, and preparing and eating a nutritious lunch together. We also learn about and work on fitness goals.

Sundaze Socials

Any experience you can think of we can do - from exploring nature or visiting the animals at the zoo, to a day out at Luna Park, or checking out any of the big events locally or in Sydney! We like to get a feel for what the clients want to do and are always open to suggestions!
